This is an internal power supply from a Foundry ServerIron Switch. I have two of these, so you can buy one or both. The switch says FBS8 and FBSLB8 and ServerIron.
Digital Power Corp. P/N USS100-306. As far as i can tell this was made in USA, it includes it’s mounting bracket but no screws.

These were removed from a switch with a bad motherboard.  Foundry wanted $3600 to replace the unit! Maybe you have a good motherboard but a bad power supply?

This might fit other foundry switches.  These are very hard to come by, if you need it get it while the getting is good. Those are very expensive boxes even on the secondary market, so a bad one is pretty unusual to get power supplies from.
